About Ron Robbins
Born and raised in a small town just outside of Ocala, Florida, Ron left home at the early age of 19 to expand his horizons. Exploring regions all over the world including Southeast Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean, Ron learned about online marketing at a young age and funded his adventures with many self-taught lessons on search engine optimization, content marketing, and social media best practices via his personal travel blog.
Enjoying the ever dynamic challenges presented in the field of SEO, Ron decided to join the Leadhub family in May of 2016. Today you can find him crafting unique content to optimize a client’s online presence to ensure they make a big, impressionable dent in the prodigious world of SEO.
What does Ron do for fun?
In his free time, you can find Ron blogging away at the local coffee shops, at home relaxing or mountain biking at O.P. Schnabel Park.
Favorite thing about Leadhub
The people here are pretty amazing. It’s not often you can find a place to work where the employees treat you with respect, yet know how to have a good time and hang out as if you were lifelong friends outside of work.
Something Leadhubbies never knew…
“I once helped a local Leonese woman give birth on a slow boat while I was traveling in the Republic of Laos. It was both awe-inspiring and terrifying at the same time.”
Favorite quote: “Happiness is not found in things you possess, but in what you have the courage to release.” -Nathaniel Hawthorne
Social media network of choice: Instagram
Most unusual meal: “The most unusual meal I’ve ever had was deep fried tarantulas in Southeast Asia. Although they were pretty weird to look at, the crunchiness of their legs made them kind-of tolerable to feast on.”
Pets: His 3-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, Kai. The dog is literally about as cool as they get.
Biggest hero: Anthony Bourdain – The guy is smart, witty and enjoys a healthy glass of fine scotch…that’s certainly something I can get behind.
