A locally-owned HVAC company in Austin, TX was stagnant in growth year over year at the $1.5M revenue mark. The client’s revenue goal was to grow to $3M in sales over the next 2-3 years. The company was in a state where they had been advertising tune-ups and financing offers for years and the owner challenged Leadhub to move more systems and provide more replacement leads to their Comfort Advisors.
Our challenge was to establish Go Green as a replacement company within the Austin, TX market.
At Leadhub, all successful marketing decisions require great data (with context), so we naturally started there. Austin, TX is a city that hosts 88 different zip codes, with Go Green sitting in the South of the city we thought the location was a great place to start. Using ServiceTitan we pulled a traditional zip code report and then we ran that report through our proprietary “Money” process. In filtering the customer’s data through our process we were able to identify the client’s 11 green zones and 6 yellow zones.
Taking the client’s zones into account, Leadhub then crafted Social Media ads targeting those zones along with a drip campaign utilizing ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
We created strong ad copy, landing pages, and segmented audiences allowing us to A/B test two offers:

- New AC unit installed at $5,555
